Our team of Aftercare Providers review your patient’s labs & diagnostic imaging marking the acuity of each result, whether critical, urgent, non-urgent, or normal. You will have the chance to review our Lab Acuity Guidelines and explain your practice’s requirements and preferences. We’ll take it from there! You will also receive a monthly analysis of your lab & diagnostic imaging results, providing you with insights into your patients’ results.

Medication Refill Requests
Patients that require medication refills are usually patients with chronic conditions. Automatically refilling these patients’ medications in the EMR system without a visit is a lose-lose situation. It is legally risky to prescribe without having seen the patient, and it does not bring in revenue. We collect and provide you with a list of your patients that require a medication refill to follow up with. When we give a specialty referral to patients (e.g. cardiologist or GI), many patients do not end up making an appointment or following up with that specialist. Oftentimes, nothing comes of it.
The medical facility that referred the patient is still responsible to follow up with that patient. We collect and provide you with a list of your patients that have been given a referral for a reminder to follow up with that specialist.
